This is a list of seasons completed by the Southern Nevada Coyotes baseball team which represents the College of Southern Nevada in Henderson, Nevada. Southern Nevada is a junior college that participates in the Scenic West Athletic Conference, a Division I conference affiliated with the NJCAA. The Coyotes joined the SWAC in 2002, the Coyotes had previously been independent of any conference affiliation, but did play many games against schools from the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC). The list documents the Coyotes records from the school's initial season in 2000 to the present, including postseason performance.

The Coyotes have won six regular season conference championships (2003-05, 2007-08, 2010), three conference tournament championships (2003, 2008, 2010). The Coyotes have reached the Western District tournament three times (2003, 2008, 2010) and have reached the Junior College World Series twice (2003 and 2010) and won the NJCAA National Championship in 2003.
