- 2004 - Nomar Garciaparra is traded in a four-team deal that sends Orlando Cabrera and Doug Mientkiewicz to the Boston Red Sox, Garciaparra and Matt Murton to the Chicago Cubs, Alex Gonzalez, Brendan Harris, and Francis Beltran to the Montreal Expos and Justin Jones to the Minnesota Twins.
