Frank Elmer Smith (born October 28, 1879 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; died November 3, 1952 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) was a righthanded pitcher in Major League Baseball from 1904 to 1915.

Frank Smith pitched a no-hitter against the Detroit Tigers on September 6, 1905 and pitched a no-hitter against the Philadelphia Athletics on September 20, 1908.

During the off season he was a piano mover.
