1928 - Montour Falls Newark and Waterloo enter the league and Victor has left the league
1929 - Clifton Springs, Hammondsport and Manchester enter the league and Montour Falls left the League
1930 - Geneva A.C. and Rushville enter the LeagueClifton Springs, Clyde, Lyons, Newark, Ovid and Waterloo has left the league.
1931 - Clifton Springs enter the league and Geneva A.C., Hammondsport, Manchester, Penn Yan and Seneca Falls.
1949 - Auburn, Canandaiqua, Clifton Springs, Clyde, Lyons, Newark, Seneca Falls, Waterloo
1950 - Palmyra, Phelps, and Sodus Point entered the league and Auburn, Seneca Falls and Waterloo left the league.
1951 - Sampson entered the league and Clifton Lakes left the league.
1952 - Naples entered the league and Palmyra and Lyons left the league.
1953 - Geneva, Homer and Syracuse entered the league and Canandaiqua, Clyde, Naples, and Sodus Point left the league.
1954 - Clifton Spring, Lyons and Sodus Point entered the league and Homer, Sampson, and Syracuse left the league.
