Door-Kewaunee League wasn an independent league that was based in Wisconsin.

1921   Algoma, Baileys Harbor, Casco, Egg Harbor, Forestville Kewaunee, Maplewood, Sturgeon Bay.

1922   Luxemburg entered the league and Maplewood left the league.

1923   No teams entered or left the league.

1924   Egg Harbor and Luxemburg left the league.

1932   Kodan, Kolberg, Plywood, Rankin, Robins, Specials, Vignes, Woodside

1933   Algoma, Carnot, Gregor Robins, Kodan, Kolberg, Maplewood, Vignes, Woodside.

1934   Algoma, Bailey's Harbor, Casco, Egg Harbor, Jacksonport, Kewaunee, Rio Creek, Sawyer, Sturgeon Bay.

1935   Forestville entered the league; Bailey's Harbor, Egg Harbor and Jacksonport left the league.

1936   Green Bay and Manitowoc entered the league; Casco, Forestville and Sturgeon Bay left the League

1937   Most teams entered the East Wisconsin League.
