1890 Burlington IA, Galesburg IL and Terre Haute IN entered the league and Bloomington, Davenport and Springfield left the league. During the season, Galesburg IL has moved to Indianapolis IN.
1896 Excelsior Springs MO, Leavenworth KS, Sedalia MO, and Webb City MO started this league.
1897 Bloomington IL, Davenport IA, Evansville IN, Moline IL, Quincy IL, Peoria IL, Rock Island IL, Rockford IL, Springfield IL, and Terre Haute IN started this league.
