Big Six League was an Independent or a Senior League that played in Alberta. For two years (1956-1957), the League was called the Big Five league.

1952 Lethbridge-JCAA Nisels enter the league and Bow Island and Picture Butte left the league.
1953 Picture Butte enter the League
1954 Raymond and Spring Coulee enter the league and Lethbridge Cubs and Lethbridge Miners Left the league.
1956 Lethbridge, Magrath, Medicine Hat, Taber and Vauxhall
1957 Cardsont, Enchart and pincher Creek enter the league and Magrath, Medicine Hat and Taber left the league.
1958 Fort Macleon and Picture Butte enter the league and Enchart and Vauxhall left the league.
1959 Granum, New Dayton and Waterton enter the league and Cardston and Pitcure Butte left the league.
